Best of SL Awards

Wow its been a while huh, but i'm back and am going to be bloging for yall once a week from now on....


So before i bore you lets get to the good suff, The Best of SL Awards was on Saturday the 7th of June at 2pm slt, and OMG what a show it was with live performers, beautiful dancing butterflies and all of SL best creators, scripters, builders, photographers and models it was a turely spectaular sight. Unberliveable to think that there were 100 people taking part in the show alone (including yours turely :D).... not to mention the 100+ people invited to watch.


I know i sux as i don't have any pics for you guys... but i'm working on it and will hopefully have them for you next week.....but.... with the outfit i had the pleasure of gracing the BOSL stage in (Shai's Queen of Hearts Gown) i was given and pair of two of a kind shoeeeee!!!....(wooooohoooooo....yeah boi!)... by the one and only Melanie Zhao, owner and designer of Zhao shoes.


I thought i would put together a lil outfit to show you guys how HOT these shoes !!

Welcome one and all to the first addition of The Fashion Corner where I'll be talikng to you about where you can find the hottest clothes and accessories SL has to offer, along with where the latest fashion shows that are being held.

MINNU MODEL SKINS

I know how hard it is to find good skins in SL, oh boy do I know! especially if you are a dark skinned girl…. The skins before now were always too dark and the make up was always to light (frowns)… but people, I have found a place with skins of all colours that makes you mouth water, with detail and definition that makes you feel light headed because they are out of this world. The designer/Creator Minnu Palen is in a word… phenomenal, she makes me want to get down on all fours and praise her (All hale Minnu Palen…LOL).

With all female skins priced at L$1200, buying one of the Minnu Model skins would be one of the best buys you’ll ever make, I mean could they be any cheaper?. And oh Man the male skins (drools) are simply amazing the tones and details are unbelievable, priced at L$1700 it is such a good buy, guys you couldn’t go wrong buying a Minnu Model skin!

Not only does Minnu sell skins, she also sells a nice range of eyes priced at L$75 and eyelashes priced at L$100 that can be worn with any skin and shape, this is one shop you guys have to check out.

Now, if you want to dress to impress then this is the store of you, with there fantastic range of sculpted clothing you’ll have every one asking where you got your outfit.

The designer Mirai Jun has found a way to make sculpted/ primed outfits that looks so real, when you put them on you’ll need to exhale while wearing the grin of a chimp because you feel so good!

Prices ranging from L$260- L$360 for there coats and jackets, this designer is to kind and her sculpted primed knit pants at L$90, that’s right I said L$90, this store is a must see!

VECHI

Vechi is a cool store, with there bright colours and elegant funk look translated through out there clothing, just putting on one of there wonderful outfits makes you feel bright and cheerful.

Most outfits cost L$175, this is becoming a fav shop of mine (lol), gorgeous flat shoes that are colour changeable for L$200 is a bargain in my eyes…check them out!!

KADEWE

Ok so for those of you that like fashion shows Kadewe a RL department store in Berlin, German, is running a Modelling compition every Tuesday and 12pm SLT. With a different designer show casing there creations every week it’s a good chance too check out what’s new.
